Return & Refund policy

At GOGOcollect, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Cancellation Policy  

All sales are FINAL for all products, including PREORDERS.

All sales for all trading card game products and live streamed openings for trading card game products (i.e. live booster pack openings) are final and will not be refundable. This is due to the risks of tampering with and counterfeiting in the trading card industry.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, your order may have already been processed and prepared for shipping.

To cancel an order, please email xinctech01@outlook.com with your order number and a request for cancellation.

Returns 

For other merchandise and non-trading card products, we have a 14-Natural day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges.

Once the shipment has been processed, you must open a return using the below guidelines.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process

All returns require approval,  please email us at.  xinctech01@outlook.com with the Subject line: "RETURN ORDER #..." 

Please provide your order number and the reason for your return., as we will not accept refused packages as valid returns.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at xinctech01@outlook.com with photos of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.

Lost package claims need to be made immediately upon notice of delivery, as any time delays will affect the possibility of recovering a misdelivery. Lost package claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery notification will be rejected.

We do not offer refunds or reimbursements for any shipping delays, as once orders leave our warehouse we have no control over them.

We also do not offer refunds or reimbursements for cosmetic damages that do not affect the actual integrity of the product.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Any issues related to mispacks, misprints, or other manufacturing issues with trading card game products must be resolved by contacting the Manufacturer directly, and we will require an escalation or ticket number from the Manufacturer to review the evidence.

Minor imperfections in shrink wrap and product packaging may occur and do not qualify for a refund/replacement. Booster boxes may have cosmetic defects such as dents, which do not affect the integrity of the trading cards and will not qualify them for a refund/replacement.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days from the approval date.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at xinctech01@outlook.com .
