Processing Time  

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

GOGOcollect currently offers the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping  

  • Estimated delivery time: 7-12 business days
  • Orders: $49.00 and above
  • Cost: FREE  

Economy Shipping  

  • Estimated delivery time: 7-12 business days
  • Orders: $0.00–$48.99
  • Cost: $7.99

Express Shipping  

  • Estimated delivery time: 5-8 business days
  • Orders: $30.00 and above
  • Cost: $12.99

Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Factors such as carrier delays, customs clearance (for international orders), and unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking information. The tracking information may take up to 24 hours after shipping to update in the carrier's system.

International Shipping 

For international orders, please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

  • International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and delays.

  • GOGOcollect is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

GOGOcollect is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show as "delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

For packages damaged during shipping, please contact us at xinctech01@outlook.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damaged packaging and products.

Address Changes 

If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at xinctech01@outlook.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we can change the shipping address if the order has already been processed.

Shipping Insurance 

All orders are shipped with basic insurance covering loss or damage during transit. Additional shipping insurance is available at an extra cost during checkout.
